What we can see:
Your username and profile picture
The day you last logged in (but not the exact time)
Any Public Groups or Shops you create
- Public Zocko Shop listings
Reports you send us, including any messages or pictures you attach
What we cannot see:
Who you send messages to or your list of friends
The content of your private messages or private group chats
Your IP address or device info linked to you
End to End Encryption
If you’re talking in private messages or private groups channels, only you and the people in the conversation can read those messages. Zocko cannot see them. We have no access to what’s inside private chats. Your conversations stay between you and the people you trust.
Public groups and the messages in them are open for anyone to see and join. These are public communities made for open discussions.
Message Deletion / Disappearing Messages
Zocko gives you full control over your messages. You can:
Set a disappearing timer so every message clears automatically after a fixed time
Clear all messages in a chat from your device
Clear all messages in a chat from all devices for everyone
Once you delete a message or it disappears, it’s gone. We cannot recover it. No backups, no undelete, no way to bring it back. So please think carefully before deleting, because it’s completely unrecoverable no matter the circumstance.
You’re in control. What you send is your choice. What you delete stays deleted.
Account Deletion
If you choose to delete your account, all data listed under the “We Can See” section is permanently erased from our servers, nothing is kept, everything is fully wiped.

We encourage you to report any activity that breaks our rules. This helps keep Zocko safe and welcoming for teens and adults alike.
Because all private messages and locked groups are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot see the content of your conversations. That’s why reports from users are the main way we find and take action against bad actors.
To help us act quickly, please include all relevant details and attachments when submitting a report. The more information you provide the faster we can respond. Attachments help show the report is credible since we cannot verify reports ourselves because we cannot read chats due to end-to-end encryption.
