Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines what is and is not allowed when using Zocko’s services. By using Zocko, you agree to follow these rules. Violating this policy may result in warnings, suspensions, bans, or legal action.


1. Illegal Content or Activity

You may not use Zocko to engage in, promote, or facilitate any illegal activity. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Distribution or sale of illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors

  • Human trafficking or solicitation for prostitution

  • Terrorist activity or promotion of extremist violence

  • Sale or promotion of counterfeit goods or scams

  • Money laundering or financial fraud

Zocko will report CSAM and other serious crimes to appropriate authorities when legally required.


2. Harmful or Abusive Behavior

Zocko is a space for privacy and free speech, but not abuse. Do not:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or bully others

  • Encourage suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders

  • Share non-consensual intimate images

  • Dox or leak private info (real names, addresses, etc)

  • Coordinate targeted harassment or hate campaigns

  • Promote violence, hate speech, or racial abuse


3. Spam and Platform Abuse

You may not:

  • Send mass unsolicited messages or spam

  • Run automated bots or scraping without permission

  • Use Zocko for phishing, malware, or spreading viruses

  • Attempt to interfere with the app’s operation or security

  • Impersonate other users, staff, or law enforcement


4. Peer Trading Rules

If using Zocko’s trading or peer-to-peer features:

  • Only sell legal goods and services

  • No weapons, drugs, or restricted content

  • Follow local tax and business laws if applicable

  • Do not scam, defraud, or misrepresent listings

  • Zocko is not responsible for third-party transactions

We may suspend or remove users involved in unsafe or illegal trading.


5. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zocko. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for supervising their children’s use of Zocko.


6. Reporting Violations

To report violations of this AUP, please:

  • Use the in-app report button on any message or user

  • Or email our Trust & Safety team: [email protected]

Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. If needed, we will take action, as outlined in our Privacy Policies.


7. Enforcement

Zocko reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or remove any account that violates this AUP

  • Limit access to certain features or communities

  • Ban users permanently if necessary

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Zocko means you agree to the latest version.
